    My friend lost about 20kg by eating only meat and fats( oil or butter) with some salt in about a month. I followed suit and used intermittment fasting and the same diet and lost 4 kg in less than 3 weeks, but I pair it with fruits and veggies to make it more balanced amd healthy. He was obese before whereas I'm just normal weight. His doctor said healthwise he's doing just fine. (Please consult your doctor, I'm just sharing my experience and hope it helps anyone who want to lose weight and fat)

    While turkey bacon has less bacon, it's still full of unhealthy nitrates. Try replacing it with some turkey breast and thinly sliced sauteed mushroom. although this goes further from a BLT, add a scrambled or fried egg and a slice of cheese to it. This will really increase the umami.

    Please, more healthy recipes! I’m 61, I have severe COPD which limits my activity level, and I also have osteoarthritis, spinal neuropathy, degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis. What can I say, I worked hard and played harder for too many years. Now I just want to see 70!

    I think the biggest hindrance to eating healthy is being lazy. Weird that it feels like it's faster to fry up a bag of chicken nuggets than prepare a healthy meal when it in comparison really doesn't take all that much time to prepare a healthy meal.

    I understand the healthy craze, but 3 meals at 300, 300, and 400 calories isn't going to cut it for a normal person. You're starving yourself if you do this. Maybe for a 18 year old biological female looking to lose 20-30 pounds this would be good for two months, but people need to eat.
